Rashidabad has 17 Bungalows (eight each for SST and RMWO).  SST Public School has 16 apartments for its staff and officials on campus. RMWO has three blocks of eight apartment each  for the clerical and technical staff.  A Condo of sixteen apartments is occupied by other staff and doctors of BMMC General Hospital and LRBT Eye Hospital. Another Condo of 16 apartments has been finished and will be occupied by all doctors of BMMC General Hospital by 31^st December 2017.

An additionl block of 16 Apartments and another of 32 studio apartments are under construction for future needs of staff working at Rashidabad for  Darul Sukoon and the Topian Spirit Trust Day School.
