The infrastructure has been built by RMWO costing Rs.100 million, while the operational responsibility has been taken over by the Family Educational Services Foundation (FESF) with an induction of 125 deaf students in December 2014.

Khurram & Sameera (USA) sponsored the campus, hence named after their beloved mother Rehana Nazar.

The School has the capacity to educate 1000 deaf boys/girls, and includes  a residential hostel for 100 girls. The campus also offers family accommodation for 11 faculty members.
